History: It was wild in 2007
Personality: Cyrus is a terrible person.
According to him, the human heart is fundamentally flawed, and cites emotions as the primary reason why humanity has ruined itself so thoroughly. Therefore, the only way to create a perfect world is to eradicate all traces of emotion and spirit from it. Cyrus operates under the philosophy of logic and rationality, which works most of the time, except for when he convinces himself that the most rational course of action is to destroy the universe and build a better one. As of postgame, he’s been stuck in the Distortion World alone with a Legendary long enough to conclude that it is perhaps the closest thing to a perfect world that can be achieved under this set of circumstances — and to be honest, he was actually starting to like it. He’s strongly charismatic despite his generally low view of the people around him, and has a fondness and aptitude for machines.
