History: Here
Personality: Similar to his younger self, Red is most known for his very reserved, stoic demeanor, which he has truly mastered in the face of increasing publicity surrounding him ever since he left Mt. Silver and re-entered public life. Underneath that icy exterior still lies his warm, kind interior, which he shows a bit of to others when appropriate, but will only show the full extent of it to people he's known and trusted for a long time. His passion for Pokémon battling as well as Pokémon in general has reached new heights after competing in the Pokémon World Tournament's Champions Tournament in Unova, the Pokémon Masters League in Pasio, being hired as one of the bosses of the Battle Tree in Alola and learning about Mega Evolution and Z-Moves, all alongside his lifelong rival and best friend Green. Rekindling his friendship with Green has truly helped Red cope with the pressure of being in the public eye again and not let it stop him from living his life anymore. While he may not seem to have changed much on the surface, deep down Red is much more emotionally stable and comfortable with himself than he ever has been in his entire life and looks forward to living his new life in Alola, and hopefully traveling to other regions with Green in the future as well.
CRAU: 14 years ago, Red was kidnapped and forced to participate in a horrific Nonary Game where he played a part in four deaths, then was immediately whisked away to Hirajiro afterwards instead of being able to go through with his original plan of holing himself up in Mt. Silver for the rest of his life as self-punishment for his actions. The survivor's guilt and the stress of his new situation ate him up to the point that his Persona almost killed him, but fortunately Terry helped the Pokémon rescue him and he was able to survive. With Terry's encouragement, Akira's support, and watching Sasuke accept his Shadow, Red was able to take small steps towards improving his mindset and begin forming precious bonds with others as well... until he was ego dead for a month, came back for a couple weeks in which things started going to shit again towards the end of it, and then from his perspective, suddenly waking up in Mt. Silver. Although he had all his Pokémon back again, being torn away from his new friends without knowing if they'd be okay or if he'd ever get to see them again was very hard on him and he sunk back into a deep depression until Green eventually found him and got him on track to progress through canon. By now, Red has come to terms with everything that happened in Revivarium and will use all the worry and regret he felt towards events in Hirajiro to force himself to get more involved in keeping his fellow Persona users safe, both physically and emotionally, and figuring out how to put and end to this madness once and for all.
